Training packages

We offer both individual and group basketball training for players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re picking up a basketball for the very first time or you’re an experienced athlete striving to master advanced techniques, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are and push you to the next level.

Our approach focuses on developing complete players—athletes who excel in all phases of the game. From sharpening fundamental skills like shooting, ball handling, and footwork, to enhancing basketball IQ, defensive awareness, conditioning, and mental toughness, we work to prepare players for any situation they’ll face on the court.

Each training plan is tailored to the individual’s needs. In group sessions, players benefit from competitive drills and team-oriented challenges that mimic real-game scenarios, while private training offers one-on-one attention for rapid growth.

Our goal is simple: to help every athlete grow, improve, and elevate their game—turning potential into performance, and performance into results.

  • Our 60-minute starter session focuses on all areas of player development, from shooting and ball handling to defense and basketball IQ. We assess current skills, work on improving weaknesses, and building on strengths.

    60-MINUTE SESSION — $75 ($10 gym reservation fee included)

  • The Develop Package offers an effective approach to sustained growth and improvement. With four 60-minute sessions each month, players receive consistent, focused training that builds on previous lessons and strengthens all areas of their game. This method ensures steady progress by reinforcing skills, addressing weaknesses, and developing basketball IQ over time. Players will also receive personalized training plans and at-home drills to maximize improvement between sessions.

    FOUR (4) 60-MINUTE SESSIONS — $250 ($10 gym reservation fee included)

  • The Elevate Package provides the frequency and intensity needed for real transformation. With two sessions per week, athletes benefit from consistent repetition, quicker adaptation, and deeper coaching insights. This package creates momentum — allowing concepts to stick, habits to form, and progress to accelerate. In addition to in-session work, players receive tailored at-home drills, performance tracking, and ongoing feedback to keep growth on track.

    TEN (10) 60-MINUTE SESSIONS — $500 ($10 gym reservation fee included)

  • Ages 10 & Under

    Designed specifically for younger athletes. Sessions are paced appropriately for their age, focusing on fun, fundamentals, and motor skill development.

    FOUR (4) 60-MINUTE SESSIONS — $200 ($10 gym reservation fee included)

  • 2–4 Athletes

    A cost-effective way to get high-quality coaching while benefiting from competitive energy and peer learning. Group sessions are intentionally capped to ensure each athlete still receives individual attention and meaningful reps. Ideal for friends, siblings, or teammates looking to grow together.

    Pricing Per Athlete (Single Session):

    • 2 Athletes: $55 each

    • 3 Athletes: $45 each

    • 4 Athletes: $40 each

    ($10 gym reservation fee included)

    Group must be formed prior to booking. Athletes should be of similar age/skill level for best results.
