Training Options/Rates

We offer both individual and group basketball training for players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re picking up a basketball for the very first time or you’re an experienced athlete striving to master advanced techniques, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are and push you to the next level.

Our approach focuses on developing complete players—athletes who excel in all phases of the game. From sharpening fundamental skills like shooting, ball handling, and footwork, to enhancing basketball IQ, defensive awareness, conditioning, and mental toughness, we work to prepare players for any situation they’ll face on the court.

Each training plan is tailored to the individual’s needs. In group sessions, players benefit from competitive drills and team-oriented challenges that mimic real-game scenarios, while private training offers one-on-one attention for rapid growth.

Our goal is simple: to help every athlete grow, improve, and elevate their game. Turning potential into performance, and performance into results.

  • Every athlete begins with a free 45-minute evaluation focused on understanding their current skill level, strengths, and areas for improvement. The session includes an assessment of shooting, ball handling, and footwork, along with an introduction to Sage Hoops training methods.

  • Individual sessions provide focused, one-on-one instruction designed to strengthen fundamentals and build confidence. Training covers all areas of player development including shooting mechanics, ball control, finishing, defensive principles, and basketball IQ. Each session is tailored to the athlete’s needs and pace of progress, helping them develop consistency and transfer skills effectively to game play. Players also receive personalized feedback and optional at-home drills to reinforce growth between sessions.

    Ages 10 and up: $50 per session
    Ages 9 and under: $40 per session

    ($10 gym reservation fee included)

  • Group training provides a dynamic environment that combines individual skill development with the intensity of live play. Each session focuses on building fundamental skills such as shooting, ball handling, and finishing while also emphasizing teamwork, spacing, communication, and decision-making. Athletes receive personalized coaching within the group setting and learn to apply their skills in real-time against live defenders. This format encourages players to compete, adapt, and think the game at a higher level while maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere.

    Price Per Athlete:

    • 2 Athletes: $40 each

    • 3 Athletes: $35 each

    • 4 Athletes: $30 each

    ($10 gym reservation fee included)

    Group must be formed prior to booking. Athletes should be of similar age/skill level for best results.
